Lan Fong Yuen (蘭芳園) ~ a over 50-year old food stall in Central which is famous for "panty-hose tea with milk" in Hong Kong style ("絲襪奶茶").





Famous Tea with milk with braised instant noodle with pan-fried chicken. Yummy ~



Let's visit the master of famous Milk tea. He's preparing the tea.



The name of "pantyhose milk tea" refers to the filter hose used in the brewing tea process, making the tea more smoother when it mixes with milk. Don't be afraid, not really using the pantyhose : )
